This piece is simple enough to make on your own - just a block of wood finished in inky black paint and sealed with matte finish varnish. But, if you don't have the wood or don't want to buy the paint and the varnish and do it yourself, you can pick it up here for a reasonable price.  Use this when you want your pieces to stand out but your riser to a minimal impact to your staging.  Measures 7 in. X 4-1/2 in. X 1 in.
